As an intern for Music Direct, I contributed to all active social media platforms consisting of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I answered customer feedback questions and messages via direct message, generated lists on Google Sheets to keep track of inventory, and I scheduled posts through the application “Buffer,” for future months within each platform.
